End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and TruckPayPro ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of the TruckPayPro mobile application, web platform, Dispatcher Pro, and related services (collectively, the "Software" or "Service").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the TruckPayPro Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for your internal business purposes related to trucking, dispatching, and payment processing.

3. Restrictions

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the Software.
  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
  • You may not use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. User Accounts and Data

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Software at any time for violation of this Agreement. Upon termination, your license ends immediately.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TruckPayPro be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Software.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Ottawa, Ontario.

10. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
